I hold the phi crystal Anubis in the Horus posture, with my thumb, middle and ring finger steady in my dominant hand and spread out the index finger and little finger. Beautiful gentle energies begin to flow constantly around the third eye area. It feels like a harmonic fine-tuning of the front brain areas. Much stronger energies flow in my dominant hand while I hold it quietly in front of me. After about 15-30 minutes the gentle energies weaken. I'll let them sink in for a while.
Perception
