Exercise: Heart Chakra Transformation (Excerpt from the Phi Crystal User Manual)

The phi crystal is a true finder of non-beneficial energies that it can immediately transform, harmonise, balance, and thereby make healing happen, if you surrender to this process and you, in the genuine intention of love, have given the phi crystal permission to flow and heal within you. The Butterfly Motion is one of the most effective and gentle transformation exercises that the author has discovered so far.

1. Warm-up: Meditation
2. Focusing your intention:
   Transform and open the heart chakra
3. Spiritual Exercise:
   The phi crystal is taken into the dominant hand and held with the thumb, index and middle finger. The receiving tip (base) is directed into the palm of the hand so that the transmitting tip (crown) is aligned to you and your aura.
   While seated, swing the phi crystal in front of your heart chakra in a butterfly motion (see Figure 36). The solar plexus is the centre of the wings from the butterfly. The range of the wings of the butterfly stretches from your heart chakra up to your shoulders.
   Listen to your inner guidance and let the phi crystal in the butterfly motion swing as long as it gently transforms your energies into wonderful feel-good energies. Carry out this exercise for about 3-5 minutes and then let it end harmoniously.
4. Perception and Effect:
   You will feel how and where exactly healing energies are flowing in, where transformation and healing takes place and harmony has been restored. It creates lots of peaceful energies that balance the body. It is a uniquely beautiful experience to feel how the phi crystal works and transforms in the body in order for healing to take place.
