    It's no coincidence if a Vogel Cut Phi crystal slips from your hand and gets damaged or chipped in some way. I can tell you that this has already happened to several customers. As a result, these customers were able to perceive a different energy.

    My own experience is the same.
    I've also dropped the same Vogel Cut Phi crystal, and I had it re-polished twice. Shortly afterward, the same "newly polished" tip chipped again due to my carelessness.
    Therefore, I no longer have Vogel Cut Phi crystals re-polished, because there's a deeper meaning behind it.
    My experience is that the chipping causes the energies to be absorbed and distributed differently.
